Cappelletti

A filled pasta similar to tortellini, except the ends come together pinched and the back has more of a point. Their name translates to "little hats/ caps" for the shape that they resemble. 

Four cheese blend is most popular filling. Classic pasta from Bologna. Served in meat broth, meat sauce, also great with heavy cream sauce.

Upon delivery must be stored in freezer. 

Choose from our variety of fillings:

Four Cheese – whipped blend of ricotta impastata, Parmesan, Fontina, and Pecorino Romano cheeses with a touch of parsley and lemon zest.

Beef – beef, spinach, basil, rosemary, thyme, ricotta impastata, and Pecorino Romano cheese.  

Italian Sausage – house made Italian sausage blended with ricotta impastata cheese.
