Four Cheese – whipped blend of ricotta impastata, Parmesan, Fontina, and Pecorino Romano cheeses with a touch of parsley and lemon zest.
Spinach and Cheese – ricotta impastata and Mascarpone cheeses, baby spinach, Meyer lemon, and fresh garlic.
Mushroom – blend of roasted portobello and porcini mushrooms sautéed with black truffle butter, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and fresh garlic rosemary and thyme.
Artichoke – artichoke, baby spinach, lemon zest, Parmesan cheese, thyme and garlic.
Italian Sausage – house made Italian sausage blended with ricotta impastata cheese.
Beef – beef, spinach, basil, rosemary, thyme, ricotta impastata, and Pecorino Romano cheese.
Grilled Vegetable Pesto – fire roasted tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, and red bell pepper sautéed in a pesto basil sauce.
Butternut Squash – butternut squash sautéed in caramelized shallots, raw unfiltered honey, Parmesan cheese, and sage.
Smoked Chicken – marinated chicken blended with fresh mozzarella cheese, shiitake mushrooms, fresh basil, and garlic.
Lobster – lobster, snow crab, lemon zest, fresh tarragon, garlic, cracked pepper sautéed in a cognac and brown butter sauce.
Tuscan Shrimp – rock shrimp, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, butter, fresh basil, fresh thyme and garlic
